Procrastination is a familiar foe for many of us. It’s that nagging feeling that we should be doing something more productive, but we just can’t seem to get started. Maybe we’re overwhelmed by the task at hand, or perhaps we’re struggling with perfectionism and don’t want to produce anything subpar.
